It’s not a question of audio listeners “not yet being comfortable with video”, it’s that podcasts and music are a good accompaniment to activities where you are not looking at a screen. Podcasters adding video of themselves looking ugly and boring does not enhance the experience in any way.

I think one of the big questions is 'do you want to make a show on a platform that only a third of the population consume?' [here in the UK anyway]
It doesn't mean don't make audio - it's a great platform - but choosing to only make it only for audio platforms seems limiting.
